Fabulous location, easy to access and great instructions from the owner. Positive: The location was great - close to the river, close to the valley, close to Howard Smith wharves. The apartment was spacious, and the outdoor view was lovely. It had everything we needed for our short stay, the beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms nice and neat. Negative: The building was feeling dated, but the apartment was fine. We didn't know which coffee pods to purchase to put back into the pool - we copied the people before us and they didn't fit the machine, so we ended up going without coffee.

A comfortable stay in an excellent location. Positive: Great location. Helpful host who was quick to respond to our queries. Nice to have a balcony and view of the river. Negative: Was a little confusing parking, though host was quick to respond to our questions for help. Parking was also a tight squeeze, though pleased it was secure parking.

Positive: only positive was my family and grandkids stayed with us Negative: Unit needs a deep clean, new flooring, shag pile carpet square is a trip hazard and was filthy. Clothes dryer is a fire hazard, lint catcher is broken. Linen in cupboards, our bed linen and whole room smelt musty. Been a nightmare since I booked, received over 20 emails from property. There pre booking has enough info to steal our identities, hassled constantly about our credit card number they couldnt read it or the name yet took our money out as soon as I booked and then the $500 deposit, amazing it did work. I printed out 4 pages of instructions as where to pick up keys, how to get into Carpark then how to get to unit, not to bother the Concierge. Hassled about what time were checking out, if we're not out 'before' 10am and have the keys back to grocer by 10 then fees would be applied. Cleaners had to get in to clean, not sure why it would take them 5 hours to clean our unit. Saw a lolly behind the couch as we were packing up. To sum it all up, my experience was a big fat 0 My husband has Parkinson's and I thought the apartment was going to be amazing for him. Sadly it wasn't.

Stressful and expensive Positive: The location was good, the view was nice. Negative: The car park was very small and awkward. It would have been good to know this prior to getting there as we own a large car. Our $500 DAMAGE deposit was kept because of small messes that we had unfortunately missed in our rush to get to the shop to drop off the key for their strict check out time which we received multiple messages about. Photos attached of what cost us an extra $500 - and as pictured the only thing I would class as damage a small stain on the carpet where our 2 year old was unfortunately sick, which we tried to clean to the best of our ability with what was available which was not much. There was no plug that actually fit in the bath tub. I would not recommend staying here for a family with children. We were blamed for a wardrobe door being off its runner and told by the host that they were disappointed in us for the state the apartment was left in (again pictures of their disappointment below) I understand the chip packets being frustrating. But blankets being photographed on the couch, the bin had been emptied so the bin lid was not on, and small things that should have been vacuumed but being away from home we do not have access to these cleaning tools. Do the blankets not need to be washed anyway? And floor vacuumed by the cleaners you engage? $500, on top of the $1000+ we already paid for the accomodation. Ridiculous.
