ARENA · Stunning Family Resort... Relax on Huge Balcony, Pool, Gym

A great place for a family to stay. Positive: It’s in a great location and you have everything you need for your stay. I love that there is a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment and there is a Cole’s supermarket with in a 5 minute walk. We stayed in and cooked some nights with in our stay, great way to save a few dollars. Negative: The fact you had to collect the keys from across the other side of the river where there is very little parking and when you’re not familiar with the area it can become a little overwhelming.

Positive: Great location for what we needed.

Overly complex checkin/checkout and loud fridge, but great location and nice facilities Positive: Great location, very central, and the apartment has a nice balcony. The pool and gym are great too. The host seemed receptive to feedback. Negative: The fridge was constantly making a loud high-pitch noise and the suggested solution didn't work. The check-in/check-out was overly complicated with various forms to fill out online, then go to a completely different part of town for the key pickup/return.

Was a lovely stay, was out most of the time, but location was key and overall no complaints.

Great location, safe, secure, clean and comfortable. Positive: Great location for Southbank area, just a short walk to the theatre (QPAC) and the man made beach area on the Southbank. Supermarket a short walk away too. Lovely pool area to use. Apartment was comfortable and clean. It’s safe and secure too. Would book again. Negative: Just the chair and sofa a little tired, needs updating.
