Positive: Location, directions and ease of contacting tbe host. Convenience store downstairs made it so easy to grab essentials and snacks. Greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and refreshing cold water which was amazing. Negative: Picking up the keys were further away, hard when we had to Uber, had young children, and bring so much luggage over. Facilities were clean but perhaps let some air in by opening windows and air conditioning, as when we arrived it felt almost like a sauna (it was super hot and humid outside). As a result the sheets all smelt damp.

Great location, beautiful clean home and lovely hosts! Positive: Love the space! Beautiful place to stay! Negative: Massive windows are beautiful, but they let so much heat in. Block out curtains be great in the bedrooms, but other than that it was great! Thank goodness for the aircon 🙌

Positive: Centrally located- Close to the river wall

Maybe my expectations were too high. Positive: The position was handy & the view of the storey bridge was nice. The wine on arrival was a nice touch & the supplies in the pantry were handy. Negative: Collecting the key was a hassle, better instructions are required for how to enter the car park & which car park to enter. There was no luggage trolley to assist with multiple bags so I had to make 3 trips back & forth to the car to bring all my luggage to the apartment. The ceiling fans had a layer of thick dust on them, the shower screens needed a good clean & the main bathroom shower head sprays all over the place coz it needs to be soaked in CLR or similar to remove the calcium deposits blocking the holes. The spa downstairs didn’t work when I pressed the button nothing happened.
