Picking up and dropping off keys caused problems when arriving with more than one Positive: Comfortable and well maintained in handy location Negative: The constant texts - about checkout time and rigidity around checkout time and lack of flexibility for early check-in.

Comfortable Positive: Spacious and comfortable Negative: Facilities weren’t as advertised. Steam room didn’t work, spa didn’t work and there was a dead cockroach floating in the pool and skimmer box was full of rubbish. Also, collecting and returning the key a block and a half away was inconvenient.

Great spacious apartment in an amazing location. Would definitely come back here to stay. Positive: Amazing location, Great facilities. The papartment was clean and even had welcoming gifts. Hosts were very easily accessible if we had any queries and replied very promptly. Negative: The only downside was when the massive storm hit on the Sunday afternoon, despite all the doors / windows being closed, water made its way through the carpet near the entries.

Family had a really good time Positive: Location of property was close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores were plenty even on the bottom of the property Negative: Hot water took a long time to work but did come on eventually Cleanliness could have been a little better other than that it was an amazing place would definitely stay again
